Dr. Hazelwood specializes in sports medicine and arthroscopy, diagnosing and treating sports-related injuries ranging from minor sprains to complex ligament reconstructions. His work also extends to the practice of general orthopaedics.

Dr. Hazelwood has served in the United States Air Force as an active duty orthopaedic surgeon in the Luke Air Force Base 56th Medical Group. Most recently, Dr. Hazelwood has supported the athletes of several collegiate and professional sports teams as a team physician.
